The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and just minutes away from the main square and the famous Rialto Bridge. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, accommodating our needs and even arranging transportation for our early departure. The room was clean and modern, and the breakfast had plenty of choice with fresh options available.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is just a few steps away from St. Marc's Cathedral. The suites offer a breathtaking view of the typical Venetian canal. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-decorated with a comfortable living area and a kitchenette. The staff is pleasant and polite, providing excellent service. The breakfast, served at the neighboring sister-hotel San Marco Palace, exceeds expectations with a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel offers the convenience of a hallway connecting the two hotels for easy access.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel in a prime location just off St Mark's Square. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room I rented, a junior suite, was perfect for my party of two adults and one child. It had a separate living room, bedroom, and even a small kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. Everything was clean and well-maintained, including the modern bathroom.

While the breakfast selection was plentiful and everything tasted fresh, I would have preferred a teapot for the tea instead of having to constantly refill my cup. However, this small issue did not detract from my overall experience.
